By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

To use the Platform, you must:
- Be a legally registered entity in Nigeria or another jurisdiction.
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your business.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including Nigerian financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation as required.
- Not be subject to existing sanctions.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for Users who do not meet these eligibility requirements.
- Services
LINK offers the following services:
- Sending and receiving money across borders in local or foreign currencies.
- Currency conversion for transactions in supported jurisdictions.
All Services are subject to fees, limits, and processing times and subject to change with prior notice.
- User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information and all relevant documentation required for KYC.
- You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes, adhering to Nigerian laws (e.g., Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022) and international regulations.
