• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation as required.
• Not be subject to existing sanctions.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for Users who do not meet these eligibility requirements.

LINK offers the following services:

• Sending and receiving money across borders in local or foreign currencies.
• Currency conversion for transactions in supported jurisdictions.

All Services are subject to fees, limits, and processing times and subject to change with prior notice.

1. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and all relevant documentation required for KYC.
• You must use the Platform only for lawful purposes, adhering to Nigerian laws (e.g., Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022) and international regulations.
